The trial of Radalyski, Tod, and Dr Gaze, for tho murder of tho girl Ambrose, has commenced. Tho Crown Prcseoutor stated that no presentment had been filed against the gir^ Dubborke, whom he used as a Crown witness. Evidenco was given similar to that at the inquest.
