CIVIL BUSINESS. Thursday, 31rt Maucji. (Bofore His Honor the Chief Justice Sir James Prendergast.) HARIUB V. WARD. Mr Lloyd appeared for the plaintiff and Mr Travors for tho defendant. The statement of claim sot forth (1) that on the 24th March, 1892, theplaintiff (Hemy Adam Harris) lent the defendant fEngeno Sophie Ward) the sum of £200 ; (2) m consideration of the said loan the defendant by deed, bearing date 24th March, 1892, and expressed to be mado between the defendant of the first part, ISdvard Richard Ward (since deceased), the husband of the defendants the second part, and the plaintiff of the third part, covenanted and agiead with the plaintiff that she would repay to the plaintiff the said sum of £200 with interest thereon, at the late of £10 per cent per annum by halfyeaily instalments of £50; (3) tho defendant has paid the first two of the instalments of £50 with iuterost ; (4) there is due to tho plaintiff the sum of £100 together with interest from Ist February, 1893.
