The Russian warship Volunteer, which lately loft tho Baltic for Vladivostock, is returning to Russia. Tho Russian voluntoor fleet has been specially equippsd with guns and ammunition. The vessels havo also been manned by Imperial seamon from Vladivostock. Hong Kong, March 29. H.M.S. Harfleur, which recently joined tho China squadron, is proceeding to Nagasaki, in Japan. Pams, March 29. M. Hanotaux states that the chief demands made upou China on behalf of France are with a view of insuring the secunty of the Indo-Chinese territory, Tho first results of the demands, M. Hanotaux adds, give a good augury of success. The Frouch in Siam havo purchased the Siam Froe Press, a daily newspaper published at Bangkok. Tho journal now vohemontly attacks the King of Siam and the British.
