In the semi-final game for the Senior Bowls, played on the local green yesterday (Monday) afternoon, Armstrong (24) defeated Notman (10). In the next drawing Armstrong 'plays Soler and Bodwell plays Bennie. The Wanganui team to play Feilding will be as follow: — No. 1 Rink— Foster, Benefield, Purnell, Rodwell (skip). No. 2 Rink— Thomson, Spurge, Armstrong, A. McFarlane (skip). No. 3 Rink— Dickson, Elliott, Tawse, Bennie (skip). Should a fourth rink be brought in by the visitors thojollowing will play against them for Wanganui :— May, Soler, Anderson, Moult (skip).
