Special Meeting.

A special meeting of tho nbovo Board was held this pftemoon, when there were present — Messrs D. Peat (chairman), A. J. Parsons, J. Stevenson, A. Elliott, J. C. Paterson aud T. Wixcoy. An apology was received from Mr F. R. Jackson.
