Special Meeting.

A special meeting of tho nbovo Board was held this pftemoon, when there were present — Messrs D. Peat (chairman), A. J. Parsons, J. Stevenson, A. Elliott, J. C. Paterson aud T. Wixcoy. An apology was received from Mr F. R. Jackson. The secretary pxplaincd that tho meeting was called for the puiposo oi consular ing the Foreman of Works' estimate of the cost of dredging tho Hats and othei necessary works.
