Wellington, March 23.
The Tutanekal leaves to-day to begin the work of laying the now cable. She has foity miles on board, aud she takes 20 extra hands. Captain Gray navigates her, oud Mr Logan and other telegraph officials are on board. If the weather holds fine she will take about three weeks over the work.
