The general opinion of the delegatos is favourable to a recommendation of the federal Bill to the people. Sir John Forrest declined to express any opinion until he had consulted the members of his Cabinet. Mr Kingston said it was the most magnificent constitution into which the representatives of an enlightened people had ever breathed tho breath of Ufa »nd hdpe. Mr Isaacs required time for consideration, but Mr Deakin recommended the measore outright.
