Powell, supported on his tiglit by His Worship the Mayor (Mr A. Hatfiok), and the Town Olerk (Mr James Pamellji *nd on hi? left by Mr Gilbart Carson, M.H.R., Councillor P&rett, Captain 3. P. Watt, Captain Holland, .of the J3astown .Fire Brigade, and Mr N, Menh* 'Apologia were received from CioUneillor Cuqimina, Dr Elarla, and Lieutenant Redmond, of the Wanganni Rifles.
