LUNACY REFORMS.
Deputation from the Medical Congress to the Premier. (Per United Press Association i) Wellington, March 18. A paper was read at the Medical Congress by Dr Collins on lunacy r&forms. He recommended the separation of euroblo from, ihourabls patibntsi and an dbhervation Ward in hospitals whßrfe ah examination could be conducted, instead at at the jjolice stations.
