The death is announced of Sir Richard Quain, physician extraordinary to the Queen. The Times states that the enquiry re the explosion which destroyed the U.S. cruiser Maine has concluded, and that the report will be presented to the American Government in the course of a fortnight. Pabis, March 14. The Queen has arrived at Cimiez, near Nice.
