THE ROOKWOOD MURDER.

Sydney, March 15.
At the inquest on the body of King, tho sexton who was murdered at the Rook_ wood Cemetery (N.S.W.) on Saturday, a verdict of wilful murder was returned against Cusack. A Catholic priest gave evidence that Cusack came to him after tho tragedy and virtually admitted tho crimo, and begged for a slight financial assistance. The priest urged him to surrender to the police, but he refused. Tho clergyman thereupon informed the police. There is no trace of the murderer yet.
