French Honor at Stake.

M. -Breton, Radical Deputy for the Arrondisement of Brest, alleges that an agent of M. Meline, the Premier, with the approval of President Fauf c, offered £4000 if Count Greffnlke's election to Die vacant seat for Brest division was unopposed. Four of Breton's friends overheard the offer, and seized a number of compromising papers. Both Greffulke sndFaure deny the truth of the allegations.
