A Sydney Sexton and His Wife Shot.

The man is dead and the woman i= dying. She alleges that a late employe of the cemetery committed the deed. lhe police are searching for the murderer. March 13. The woman King's statement shows that her husband went outside, and the murderer, evidently lying in wait, shot him. The perpetrator is said to be a gravedigger named Cusack. He rushed into tho bedioom, saying, "Why was I discharged?" and then fired a shot at the woman's heal aud a second into her back. He re-appeared a few minutes later, and tho woman being ahvo, lying on the floor, he said " What ! Not dead yet ?" and then shot her through the temple. The murdorer and the victim were hitherto on tho warmest terms of friendship. The woman is still alive, There is no trace of the murdorer.
