Judge Williams delivered judgment in the petition asking the Court to direct the liquidators of tho Ward Farmers' Association to proseoute Messrs Ward and Fißher. He said it was quite unreasonable a debtor should ask that bis servants be prosecuted at the expense of his oreditors for an offence committed in his service. The application was refused. It was open to anyone to institute a prosecution if prepared to pay such costs as may not bo defrayed by the Crown.
