John&onville, March 8. The bulk of the beef yarded was of good quality. Ox beef ranged between 12s and 14s the lOOlbs. Sheep were in usual numbers ! prime quality was easier than last week, notwithstanding that the bulk of the entry was little above store level. A full entry of pigs were sold in the buyers' favour. Cattle : Best bullocks, £5 17s 6d to £6 10s ; others, £5 os to £3 15s ; light bullocks, £4 7s Gd to £4 153 ; half-fattea steers, £3 10s to £3 los ; cows, £3 to £3 ss. Sheep : Fat wethers, 8s lOd to 9s 6d ; others, 7s to 8s 2d; fat ewes, 6s 6d to 7s ; others, 5s to 5s 6d. Pigs : Light baconers, 18s 6d te 22s 6d ; porkers, lls 3d to l v s Cd ; stores, Bs,
