Dustm (Mr Watt) v. Jas. Deianey. £4 18s ; amount to be paid at rate of £1 per month. G. F. Walker (Mr Watt) v. Honi Waiteie, £20 Oi (id ; amount to be paid before 4th Apiil, in default 14 days' imprisonment. Same v. U.Marnmaru, £9 13s ; amount to be paid forthwith, in default 7 days' hard labor. 'fiEIXNDrD C\SI S. A. Walker (Mr Llayd) v. Baddeley and Co. (Mr Ticadwell), claim £2; plaintiff non-suited with costs 21s. W. Morton v. Robert Bull, claim £13 Is 3d, for goods supplied. Judgmont for the amount claimed, with costs £1 Gs. R. Davis (Air Wray) v. J. P. Wright (Mr Tieadwell), claim £23 Gs Gd. After tho evidence of the plaintiff had been heard the further hearing of the case was adjourned until 10 a.m. on Thursday next.
