It will be frozen solid, through, and i£ intended for use as soon aa received in the household the lacteal fluid for the tea or coffee will have to be chipped off with the handlo of the knife or fork,»ooording to the quantity desired in the drink. Irom a fad, frozen milk has grown to be more or lost of a necessity in the warmer countries in Europe. The Bolgian Government designs to increase the trade at an unnual outlay of £10,000, and in Oopenhagen, the capital of Denmark, a company has been formed and arrangements have' been completed for tho regular export of frown milk. The necessary plant has been erected, and contracts have been made already for the delivery of HO.OOOIbs pet week, which mil be tent to all parti of the world in bricks or blocks like ice.
