Circular Memo. The Easter Encampment. The following circular uiomo, dated 10th February, 1894, from the Military and Volunteer Office has been reoeived by Captain CJapham :— (1) Copy of circular, No. G of 81st January last, showing results of volley firing 1893, herewith, for general information. (2) Cireulsr No. 7, of 3rd inatant, directs thnt the infantry drill, 1893, be taken into vie, from date of circular. Five infantry drill boobs and two musketry instruction, 1892, herewith, for use of i corps. (3) It has been decided that all Volunteer corps in the eolonv shall encamp at Easter. The Volunteers of the Wellington, Wanganni and T&ranaki districts will encamp at a suitable place on the Maoawatu line, in the vioinity of Wellington. Mounted corps in this districts will also encamp together, at a place to be hereafter named. Detailed instructions will shortly be issued. (4) Officers commanding corps of all arms will, as soon as possible, furnish me with an estimate of the number, in order that arrangements may be made for supplies. (5) Officers commanding corps will, aa soon as possible, furnish lists of names of members of their respective commands who intend competing at the New Zealand Bifle Association Meeting^ in order thut railway passes may be furnished for their use, over Qovern« ment railways. (6) Referring to paragraph 135, Volunteer Befiulations, calling for annual account of receipts and expenditure not later than 3ißt January in each year.
