At the annual meeting of the Christchurch Begattt Club last nicht, it was deoided to strongly protest against the question of coxswainless fours being brought up at the New Zealand Rowing Association meeting at Wellington on December 21st, as so important a change should not be brought forward on such a short notice and so close to the Championship Regatta,
