The Tologa Bay Natives.
Take Possession of House and land.

Gisbobnb, October 14.
The natives of Tologa Bay have taken possession o f a six-roomed house, a large orchard, and CO acres of land, occupied by Henry Williams, who also claims to bo the owners, in the Wharekaka Block. The position the Maoris take up is that some of them, not having disposed of their shares in the block, and their interest never having been defended, they, as part own ers of the soil, have a perfect right to squat where thoy please.
