Balfour and Irish Leaders.
London cables state that when brought before the Magistrates at Tipperary, the members of Parliament recently arrested refused to answer to their names, and protested against the alleged unfair composition of the Bench.
It is expected that some important revelations will be made in connection with Daly and other imprisoned Fenians.
The Irish members arrested for enciting tenants not to pay their rents, were aguin before the Magistrates, at Tipperary, on 26th September and remanded. Messrs Timothy Henley and limothy Harrington, M.P.'s, continually bullied the bench, and scenes of the mjst disgraceful character were ince3Brint. Mr Fitzgerald, president of the American League, is indignant at Mr Parnell advising Parliaments delegates, who intend meeting in America shortly, to avoid extreme sections of leaguo in that country.
