The following scratching are posted for the Melbourne Cup : Tho Lawyer, Buffalo Bill, Claude, Sydney, Locksley, Papua, and Bowmont. For tho Caulfield Cup: The Lawyer, Buffalo Bill, and Daniel. At Tattersall's last night 8 to 1 was accepted about Bravo for the principal event at the V.A.T.C. meeting. The Churmer was also in demand, and £2000 nas taken about her at 100 sto 7. Pakeha was well well supported at 100 to 4.
