Wellington, Oct 13 At the R.M. Court this morning, on the case against Muir being called on, Inspector Brownie said *'l am instructed to state that there was a complete misapprehension as to facts in this case and that it has been found that there are no grounds whatever for the accusation made." Muir was discharged without being called upon.
