Nominations for all Handicaps, Hack races excepted, will close at the Clifton Hotel, Bulls, on the 25th Kovembor, at 9 p.m. Weights declared on the 4th December, Acceptances and General Entries close on the 16th December, at the Clifton Hotel, Bulls, at 9 p.m. RULES. 1. No entry will be received for any race except upon this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or those whom they may appoint. Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Hon Secretary, Bulls, entrance money enclosed, with the name, age at time of entry, pedigree, and, in case of Handicaps, performances of the horse, name of owner, and colors of the rider. 3. Any jockey riding except in the colors entered will be fined 2 soys. 4. When two or more horses start, the property of the same owner, a distinguishing color must be worn, 5. All races to be run under the W.J.C. rules. 6. Horses walking over will only receive half the stakes. 7. Qualification fee for non-members, 1 soy. 8. In all races the second horse only saves his stakes when it is specially mentioned. NEW RULES. 9. All entries and nominations must be iv the hand of the Secretary at the stated time and place as advertised, accompanied by the amount of nominations and entrance money. Postmarks will not be received in fcture under any pretence whatever, and nominations unpaid at the tjmk of thb due date of weights will be struck oui of the list. 10. In all handicaps of 1£ miles and under, the lowest weight shall not be under 6st, and, if the highest weight accepting be less than 9st, it shall be raised to 9at, and the others in proportion. And in all Handicaps over 1 J miles, the lowest weight shall not be less than sst 71bs ; and if the highest weight accepting be less than Sst lOlbs, it shall be raised to Sst lOlbs, and the others in proportion, Consolation Handicaps excepted, JAMES G.
