Received March 13, 0.55 a.m. THE FRENCH IN TONQUIN. Paris, March 11. — Despatches to hand from Tonquin announce that the main body of the French army arrived before Bacnith, and that two forts in the vicinity of the town had been captured and occupied by French troops.
