(by electric telegraph— copyright.) (reuter's telegrams.) Received March 13, 12.40 p.m. THE SUEZ MAIL. Albany, March 13. — Arrived at King George's Sound last evening : P. and O. Co's steamship Ballarat, with English Mails dated London, Bth February. THE COLLISION IN PORT PHILIP. Melbourne, March 13. — The Victorian Navigation Board has written to Dunedin to ascertain the nature of the enquiry held there into the collision between the Wairarapa and the Adelaide. The Board wish to know whether its proposed enquiry is invalidated by the official enquiry held at Dunedin.
