DUNEDIN.
Dec 14. Grave complaints have been formulated by the Tongariro's passc-ngers against the oulceis of the ship. Over one hundred of them addressed a memorial to the company, complaining of insufficient attention and poorness of the food supplied during the voyage. The Herald asserts that on the Northern passengers leaving the ship they gave groans for Captain H*llet.
