No entry will be received for any race except upou this condition, — That all Disputes, Claims, and objections arising out of tho racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present, or Ihose whom they may appoint. Their decision on all points connected with the carrying out of this programme shall be final. All Entries to be sealed and addressed to the vSecrefcary, Palmerston North ; Entrance money enclosed with name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, and in the case of Handicaps, performance of the horse, name of the owner, an I colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in the colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the properly of the same owner) a distinguishing colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horse?, are required to give notice to that effect to the Secretary or Clerk of Scales one halfhour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine cf 5 soys to the race fund. All races to bo run under the W.J.C. Rules.
