All En*ries to be sealed and addressed to the vSecretary, I'almerslon North ; Entrance money enclosed with name, age at the time of eutry, pedigree, and in the case of Handicaps, performance of the horse, name of the owner, an I colours of the rider. Any Jockey riding except in tho colours entered will be fined 3 soys. When two or more horses start (the property of the same owner) a distinguishing colour must be worn. All persons intending to withdraw horse?, are required to give notice to that effect to tho Secretary or Clerk of Scales one halfhour before starting. Any person neglecting or refusing to comply with this rule shall pay a fine cf 5 soys to the race fund. All races to bo run under the W.J.C. Rules.
