j Nov 2. In the Supreme Court, Bos well, charged with fraud, and Weir, for making a false declaration, were discharged by the ordtsr of the Judge, as the facts alleged did not disclose any offence. The Grand Jury threw out the bill against Weir for arion. The criminal sittings then closed.
