The, limits within which such Gas- works are intended to be made extend to and include all lands lying within a radius of ten miles from the sputh-east corner of section No. 173 on the plan of the Town of Wanganni. 11. Such gasworks as aforesaid are intended to be made and maintained in and through the Borough of Wanganui, and any land which has or which may be reclaimed from the Wanganui Paver, for making or improving the Town and Harbour of Wanganui, 12. The works for the manufacture of gas are intended to be erected on that triangular piece of land situate in and forming part of the Town Belt of the Town of Wanganui, containing two acres and 1.8 perches, more or less, and commonly known as the " Gas Keserve." Bounded towards the north by a i*oad one thousand and seventy five links, towards the south-east by the Wanganui Paver one thousand links, and towards tho south-west by other part of the Town Belt, four hundred and twenty-five links (be the same several admeasurements a little more or Ip&s.) 13. It is not intended to apply for powers to remove tho works for tho manufacture of gas from the iand aforesaid. 14. Tdat the Company may provide a sinking fund, not pxceerlino; two pounds per centum per annum on the cost price of the gas works, and fixed plant find moteiials, and the money set aside for such fund may bo applied foi extension of woiks, but shall not be deemed to be prufits within the meaning of the Act. 15 Copies of tliG proposed Bill will be deposited in the (ffice of the Examiner of standing ordeis on or before the commencement of the next session i of the General Assembly of New Zealand.
