Monday, February 7th. [Before Major Turner, R.M.] DRUNKENNESS. John Ncill was fined os or 2<l hours' imprisonment CIVIL. Fish v. 11. Erskhie. Claim— £l 4s for painting a buggy. Defendant deposed — Plaintiff had agreodto put in and paint the break of the buggy, but had not done so, and as Ihe could not bring proof, judgment was given for amount and costs. Taplin v. White. No proof of service. Same v. Smith. IS T o proof of service.
