MISCELLANEOUS. fill HIGHWAY NOTICE. A PLAN, Section and description of a proposed line of road to be called the "Union Road" commencing at the No 3 Line at the boundary between Country section Nos. 83 and 84, Left Bank, Wanganui District, and extending to the river bank road at the west end of Ivaimatira Cliff, and of another px-oposed road to he called the " Mataongaonga Road," branching off from the Union road at the northern end of the said Section No. 81-, and running in an easterly direction up the Mataongaonga Valley to the Western boundary of Mr Gray's land, have been deposited at the office of. the Wangaehu Highway Board, Tanpo Quay, Wanganui, and are now laying there for inspection by all parties interested in the said roads. Persons whose properties are affected by the said roads, and who object to the same or to any part thereof, must within (forty days) after the publication of this Notice set forth such objections in writing addressed to JOHN MORGAN, Chairman Wangaelm Highway Board Feb. 3, 1873. : gr 11 || WANGANUI .AND TAUPO ROAD. mENDERS will be received for the X Construction of about Twelve Miles of the above, in Five Contracts, until WEDNESDAY the 19th of -FEBRUARY.
