Alfred Webb was charged by Mrs Soulby, with being illegally on her premises on the night of the loth inst. Imprisoned for one week, without hard labor. CIVIL CA3ES. Wm. Burr v. Wm Williams. Claim —£2 15s 6d. Case withdrawn. Wm. Burr v. J. P. Bewley. Claim— £16. Judgment for plaintiff with costs.
Wm Robertson v. R. Bason. Claim —£5 13s ,6d. Judgment for plaintiff with costs. .
W. Robertson v J. Webb. Claim— £2. Adjourned until to-morrow.
