L^IG'HT MEN KrLLED AND ONE WOUNDED.

Thursday, 6 p.m. I his afternoon ten men of Colonel McDonnell's division, under Serjeant Menzies, formed themselves into a foraging party, and crossed tlie Waitotara to pick some pea clip s which had been observed during- the Colonel's expedition yesterday" towards Turano-amutu.
