11. C. Parsons was charged by Constable Daly with having his chimney on fire Fined 5s and costs. :
Mrs Hiclcey, charged by Constable Buckley with being', a vagrant, was sentenced to one month imprisonment. F. Williamson, junr., v..W. Laird. Claim £7 13s 6d. Judgment for £3 7s 6d, and costs. ;
