Thousand (3000) Poles for a line of * Telegraph to be constructed between Wanganui and the City of WellingJJne poles will have to he delivered fn the first instance in the following quantities by sea at the places below mentioned, and then carted and laid along the line at points to be hereafter indicated:— 590, more or less, on the South fßank of the Wanganui River 590, more or less, on the North Bank of the M anawatu River 1200, more o. less, on the South Back of the Manawatu River 660, more or less, to be carted ! only from Wellington to Pai- ! 1 kakarikL I Tenders to state the price per pole i for cartage and delivery for each sec-1 tion separately.
