TRUCK MURDER CASE
ACCUSED REMANDED. MELBOURNE, Wednesday. Francis O ’Keefe and Roy MeFarlane, who were charged with the murder of John. Thomas Dempsey, truck driver, whose body was found buried at King Lake Wells on 2nd November, were further remanded until 14th December. Detective McKeogh told the Court that the police did not allege that the' two accused killed Dempsey, but. would allege that both were present when the murder was committed.
