MR. R. J. YOUNG RESIGNS. FROM POSITION OF CONDUCTOR. The public of Masterton will regret to learn that Mr R. J. Young, who has so ably conducted the Masterton Band for many years and who has brought it up to a high state of efficiency, has found it necessary for health reasons, to resign his position.
