WHALING DISPUTE
SETTLEMENT IMMINENT. LONDON, Monday. The “Daily Telegraph’s” diplomatic correspondent says that a settlement of the whaling dispute" is imminent. Norway, while maintaining her stand that there is necessity for certain restrictions in the whaling industry, will no longer oppose exceptions in favour of the Unilever and Salvesen companies.
