DISORDER AT GIBRALTAR. SEVERAL ARRESTS MADE. GIBRALTAR, Monday. The authorities’ sudden decision to close the refugee camp accommodating eight hundred British men, women and children, led to a disorderly demonstration following a quiet procession, which included women and banner-bearers demanding the rights of British subjects; The police shepherded the procession to the police station as it moved toward Government House, and arrested several persons.
