COLLISION WITH TRAM
CYCLIST DIES FROM INJURIES. WANGANUI, Sunday. As the result of the injuries received when his cycle collided with a train at the interseetioiiof Heads Road and Liffiton Street on Saturday morning, Frederick James Penfold, aged 48 years, a married man, of Carlton Avenue, Gonville, died in the Wanganui Hospital.
Pinfold received a fractured skull,and was in a serious condition when he was admitted to hospital.—(P.A.)
