N.S.W. BEATS QUEENSLAND. SYDNEY, Saturday. In a Rugby Union inter-State match New South Wales defeated Queensland by 27 points to 18 after leading 14-13 at hair-time. The match was not a brilliant one, although in the second half there was plenty of vim. LEAGUE MATCH. SYDNEY, Saturday. In a Rugby League return match New South Wales defeated Queensland by 24 points to 13.
