RELAYS TO LONDON MESSAGE TO HIS MAJESTY, Pieaa Association Electric Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Thursday. The first member of relays of boy runners, bearing a Jubilee message for his Majesty from John o’ Groats, started running to London yesterday. Boys aged from 12 to 18, running day and night and stopping on Good Friday and Sundays, are delivering a message on Ist May to the Duke of York at the Albert Hall during a display by the Boys’ Brigade, which is organising the run and other similar runs from Londonderry, Neath, Lowestoft and Penzance. One thousand seven hundred boys are participating. JUBILEE ORATION. • LONDON, Thursday. The “Daily Express” says that Mr Ramsay MacDonald' will make the jubilee oration at Westminster Abbey on 7th May. He will speak for about an hour on the King’s reign and the spiritual significance of a Christian monarch. He will be the first Prime Minister over invited to lecture from the Abbey nave, though Mr Baldwin and the late Lord Curzon made short speeches at the unveiling of Abbey memorials. AMNESTY IN CANADA. OTTAWA, Thursday. A jubilee amnesty for prisoners of one month for each year’s sentence, has been announced by Cabinet.
