SOUTH AFRICAN TEAM. WELCOME BY SPORTSMEN. (Received Thursday, 9.45 a.m.) ■< LONDON, Wednesday. Four hundred prominent sportsmen, headed by Prince Arthur of Connaught and the Earl of Lonsdale, welcomed the South African cricketers at a British Sportsmen’s Club luncheon at the Savoy Hotel. A message of welcome was received from the King.
