All citizens are invited by the Mayor, Mr T. Jordan, to attend. Prior to this meeting, shopkeepers of Masterton are invited by Mr A. B. Wood, president of the Masterton Chamber of Commerce, to attend a •meeting in the same hall, starting 7.30 p.m., to consider the question o± holding an Empire Shopping Week during the King’s Jubilee week.
