CHARGE AGAINST MOTORIST. WELLINGTON, Monday. Seventeen witnesses were called by the police in the Magistral’s Court at Wellington, to-day to g<vo evidence against James Thomas MeGinnity on a charge of having negligently driven a car 4b the night of 28th February, ■thelfiy causing bodily injury to Harry Kitcliener Collins. Mr J. 11. Luxford, S.M., heard the case. After an all-day hearing the accused was committed for trial. —(P.A.)
