MAN FOR SENTENCE. PALMERSTON NORTH, This Day. Pleading guilty 'to a charge of bi- . gamy, William Frank Lionel George 1 <Brown, salesman, aged 37 years, was committed to the Supremo Court at Wellington for sentence by Justices of the Peace, in the Magistrate’s Court to-day. He was also committed for sentence on a charge of making a false declaration to the Registrar of Marriages for the” purpose of obtaining a marriage certificate. Evidence was given that accused had been married at Onehunga in 1920, and had been separated in 1925. He had gone through a form of marriage at Palmerston North in November of .^JL.934.—(P.A.)
