HOOVER URGES RETURN.

A message from Tucson (Arizona) states that Mr Herbert Hoover broke a long political silence to-day in commenting on the Supreme Court gold decision, lie urged an immediate return to the gold standard on the present devalued basis of 50 cents, with dollars "convertible into bullion.”
He predicted that a denial to Government bondholders of redress to the courts would have "grave moral consequences.”
