AUSTRIAN DEMONSTRATION.
LONDON, Sunday. The ‘‘Manchester Guardian’s’’ Vienna correspondent states that an important Legitimist demonstration at Eisenstadt bestowed honorary citizenship on the Archduke Otto, who has similarly been honoured by 309 Austrian cities in the past three years. The Archduke Eugen, who has just returned from exile in Switzerland, represented the Emperor. The demonstration passed a motion demanding the repeal of the laws expelling the Hapsburgs and confiscating their property.
